Brides getting married in Idaho are advised to be familiar with Idaho’s regulations to ensure they do not incur any fines or legal problems on their wedding day.
Whether your wedding is in Boise City, Pocatello, Meridian or Nampa, it is always a good idea to check with your venue and see what they allow for wedding send off’s.
The following are the Idaho fireworks rules regarding wedding sparkler send offs:
Permitted: Non-aerial fireworks devices, such as ground spinners, fountains, sparklers, smoke devices, or snakes.
Not permitted: Any fireworks not specifically permitted, such as firecrackers, jumping jacks, or similar products.
Selling period: Midnight, June 23 through midnight, July 5; Midnight December 26 through midnight January 1; local jurisdictions may extend the period by five days.
