Last minute event? This item is in stock year-round and available for pickup in Saratoga Springs, Utah. Orders are ready for pick up within 24 hours of placement. Pick-up location and instructions will be emailed to the address provided at checkout.

Order hasn't shown up

I've had 3 emails now notifying me of a delay with UPS but now I can't even track my order

Hi there, we apologize for the delay with UPS and the inconvenience it has caused you. We understand how frustrating it can be to not receive your order as expected. Unfortunately once your order leaves our hands, we are trusting the shipper to do their part and deliver the package in the alloated time. When I look at the tracking number it does show UPS took 11 days to get the package to you when it should have taken way less time than that. Thank you for your understanding and patience with us as well as UPS.

Will order again

I am not a professional photographer, my toddler just loves to see smoke bombs. Some of the reviews had me worried these would be about the same as the small ball ones but they are definitely a step above. It’s not so easy or cheap to get the grenades all year round where I am, and I feel like for the convenience alone these are amazing for us. Again, I don’t know what professional photographers might need in a smoke bomb, but I took some cool iPhone pictures of my kid in the smoke. It’s adequately colorful and lasts the stated time at least.

Very short burn time

We do apologize that you were not happy with your product. The smoke bombs are advertised as having an approximate 30 second burn time. If your items burned less than that, please let us know so we can make it right.

I have used these guys for years and talked to them a few time during the in person pickups when they have been around they are great people and do an amazing job, their products are great and I use them every year highly recommend
